Delegated authority controls
Autonomous finance workflows fail when an agent can self-authorize exceptions. If the same system that wants to move $150k can also raise its own $100k limit, the control is decorative.
Delegated authority must be external to the proposing agent: a separate evaluation that compares the proposal to a human-set limit and returns PAUSE when the limit is exceeded — with evidence a reviewer can inspect.
The Agent Transaction Guard is the reproducible authority-exceedance case. Full methodology and limitations are published alongside the live sandbox evaluation.
Agent Transaction Guard
Sandbox Decision Control evaluation. Expected disposition: PAUSE with AUTHORITY_EXCEEDED. Not a live payment.
